Bennet Kelley, has a very strong online and social media prescence.  Bennet Kelley hosts a web based show about Cyber Law on the platform WebmasterRadioFM, and writes for a blog hosted by the Huffington Blog.   Mr. Kelley, has unfortunately used these platforms for 2 purposes 1)  To promote himself shamelessly as a high performing Attorney who is an advocate for Cyber Harassment victims  2) To attack, slander, vilify, harass, defame, lie, and give false and misleading information about people he considers his enemy.  Why are they enemies?  They are Attorneys, Writers, Human Rights advocates, etc., that have won cases against Bennet Kelley who was merely a spam marketer Attorney of those harassing e mails showing up in our inbox promising to grow our p***s. He has no significant wins, judgments or victories and is not on any California Cyber Committee.  Although Mr. Bennet Kelley would like you all to believe he is an Award Winning Attorney that is highly sought after.  This is simply not true, except in Bennet Kelley's own egotistical mind.  His web based radio show has a fee behind it or you "pay to play" Bennet Kelley sadly has a strong desire to be a speaker, and be the center of attention but he is only getting bad attention his way for his behavior and slanderous websites.   

While Mr. Kelley professes to care about Cyber Harassment victims, he has continually victimized many individuals, and unethically an opposing attorney by cyber squatting on his web site.  Mr. Bennet Kelley continually uses online platforms to go after the founder of Rip Off Report, and print only a lop sided view of an ongoing case in Iowa that is largely more about Bennet Kelley's bruised ego rather than defending a district attorney who has admitted on record for conspiring to harm individuals that speak out regarding prosecutorial misconduct.  Mr. Ben Smith has been featured on Rip Off Report many times and shares the venom that Bennet Kelley spits out.  Mr. Kelley fails to speak the truth, about the one case that was dismissed "with prejudice" when it was found out that Ben Smith admitted to the judge he had no grounds to file criminal charges. Mr. Kelley choses to be untruthful and biased about the ongoing Rip Off Report trial in Iowa, which is nothing more than vindictiveness for being the subject of Rip Off Report for inquiries on why a potentially innocent woman sits in prison who is the ex wife of a "friend" of Ben Smith.  Where does Bennet Kelley come into play here, he collaborates with a online extortation company with the "Ex Husband" they have a reputation management company, that works to destroy people's online reputation then markets to them taking it down for $30,000. 

Bennet Kelley has demonized the owner of Rip Off Report with his photos and with legal motions/complaints posted on his website, but never shows the outcome but rather paints a picture that is false and misleading.  Mr. Kelley uses his victims photos, abuses the use of official government seals (to appear credible) and then proceeds to violate copyrights, privacy, and just common decency and ethics befitting an officier of the court.  Instead Bennet Kelley resorts to onlne childish behavior with 5 twitter accounts, tweeting non stop about nothing - sports, politics (which he knows nothing of either - merely an armchair participant) besides a stint as a hatchet man for the old Clinton Administration, where he continually pimps a slanderous book called "Bush Lies" a book he didn't even write, claiming this as his only claim to fame.  It seems when it comes to speaking the truth about matters concerning public safety if you speak up about individuals that are corrupt or crooked - if Bennet Kelley is paid to silence you he goes into stealth mode breaking the law under his alias online names but if Bennet Kelley is doing the disparaging FALSELY he justifies it as right but eveyone else is wrong.  

Bennet Kelley is not involved in politics he merely talks about it and has never held office, he couldn't even get appointed to the City Planning Commission of Santa Monica, CA after the City Manager was made aware of Bennet Kelley's very sick and twisted online bigotry of attacking ethnic groups, claiming someone had a disease, and unethically discussing a relgion in a manner that doesn't concern him at all.  This all amounts to Bennet Kelley having sour grapes over several defeats, and having to use his law license as toilet paper to harm his opponent outside the courtroom rather than be victoriious inside the courtroom.   Kelley is known as the attorney to go to who will write vicious stories about people on his gossipy websites. Huffington Blog is not editing his blog entries where he has painted a bad picture of Rip off Report then tagged all his enemies to the bottom of the article. Hardly a credible writer with class or any amount of success.  In fact, Mr. Bennet Kelley has been tryng to re brand himself in Entertainment law, and work with other law firms but they are finding out that with Bennet Kelley "you touch it you burn"  His blogs were getting so hateful and destructive not only to his victim but to his own repuation and credibility. Wordpress recently had to step in and remove one web site and make sour grapes Bennet Kelley re write the other which will be an ongoing dispute of right vs. wrong.  Also Slideshare has had to remove some falsified legal documents cleverly penciled in by Bennet Kelley who is so desperate to appear great that he slams others in hope that it elevates himself. Bennet Kelley is not a good attorney, he is unprofessional and when he is defeated in the courtroom, he takes the fight to the Internet like a child without any love or acceptance.  How can Bennet Kelley possibly hope to have an decent career or fame which he so craves when no one respects him.  Bennet Kelley is the worst kind of liar he actually believes his lies while at the same time using his computer as a weapon to kill, he will hit below the belt and even attack the friends of his victims.  Pathetically sad individual.
