Benton county court Unconstitutional, debtors prison Bentonville , Arkansas

In 2005 i recived a speeding ticket in rogers arkansas. After i went to court i payed 160 dollar's in fines assesed by the judge. At dhe clerk window i was offered to volunteer fordefensive driving and told if i did it the ticket would stay off my driving record. I accepted the offer. Months later i was arrested for contemp of court. Assesed more fines and orderd to pay 100 dollars a month. I was unable to pay 100 dollars a month and i keep getting contempt warrants.

It is 2013 and i am still in trouble with the court for the same thing. Rogers judge refuses to take into consideration my family situation. My money i make each month. And the dire straights of my family. I am facing at least thirty days in jail and more legal troubles just because i am poor and cannot pay such an amount. The debt to rogers grows each time i am arrested for non payment of fines. How is this even legal for the court to punish you because you cannot pay 100 dollars a month.
