Conclusions:
Berg Commodities is a boiler room type operation.
It is quite clearly a clone of  Brett Commodities which has had numerous complaints filed with various regulatory and scam busting sites.

Recomendations:
Do not enter into any financial transaction with the above entity.  Berg Commodities be added to the warnings already issued for Brett Commodities.
