I purchased a 100% authentic gauranteed Louis Vuitton Handbag from Bergacci.com. I had the handbag checked at a local retailer and they assured me it was a FAKE. I sent the handbag back within their 14 day return policy. This handbag was sent back certified mail/return receipt. It was signed for and accepted by the company, but I never received the credit due to my credit card. I called Bergacci's Toll free number which has been disconnected. I have left several email's with their return department and have received no response. I got another phone number for them from my credit card company, left a message and no return call.
Now I have filed a dispute with my credit card trying to get back my $560.00. Still waiting for a response from my credit card company. This has been going on for 2 months now.
Buyers be aware of internet companies like this one. They offer a 100% money back gaurantee and return policy but RIPP YOU OFF IN THE END.

Unfortunately you learned a very expensive lesson and I really hope that you get your money back. You can ONLY purchase authentic Louis Vuitton products directly from them - in one of their boutiques, at a major department store where they lease space to sell their own products or on line at eluxury.com. Eluxury.com is owned by Louis Vuitton and it is the only website on the internet that sells authentic Louis Vuitton. Please don't belive these other sites that promise authentic Louis Vuitton at a discount because there is NO such thing!! Louis Vuitton does NOT discount or sell through wholesalers!! The ONLY way to purchase a new, authentic Louis Vuitton bag or accessory is at full retail directly from them!!!
