I too ordered the "free" sample of altovis from the Berkeley website. It was 9.99 for shipping, and somehow, they enroll you in their renewal program.
A bunch of checks started bouncing from my debit card account, and it was because eight squared took 79.99 from my account without my authorization.
I have been jumping through hoops to return the product through their "money-back" guarantee, but Berkeley claims I ordered it through eight-squared, a separate company, even though I was at the Berkeley website when I ordered! So still working on it, but beware, do not send for a free sample of Berkeley's products without immediately cancelling after you receive your free sample.
BTW: The product does not work as claimed anyways. I got better results just from drinking green tea twice a day then I did by taking altovis!
