Berkeley Nutraceuticals is a RIP-OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM NOR ACCEPT THEIR "FREE" SAMPLES of ALTOVIS, ENZYTE, AVLIMIL, OGOPLEX, ROGISEN or ROVICID
I ordered A FREE SAMPLE of Altovis from Berkeley Premimum Nutraceuticals, Inc. and had to submit my credit card info to cover shipping in the amount of $4.50.
A couple weeks later I found an unexpected charge from them on my credit card for $70. I called them to ask why and to have it removed. They said that when I ordered the "free" sample of Altovis, I was automatically enrolled in their managed care Altovis, program. Therefore, I would be forever receiving monthly orders of Altovis @ $70/month for which payment is automatically billed to my credit card. And, under no circumstances will they accept returns or refund the $70.
They also make it impossible to unsubscribe to their automatic enrollment by not providing that option on their website.

I have also encounterd the same problem as several others.i ordered a free sample to see if it actully worked i paid for the cost of shipping with my credit card A few weeks later i received a box with a 60 day supply i never ordered with a letter they have charged my credit card $70.00!!!!!!!! and will not accept returns or refund the $70!

I also ordered something from this company and was misled completely! I thought that you could reorder more if the product worked, but instead they bill you anyway, and like Richard said that they would not refund you money (never received it either) YESSSSSSSSSSSSS I WILL SPRED THE WORK ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
