Berkeley Primium Nutraceuticals ripoff sent a different item than what was ordered, cost 50% less, charged full amount Cincinnati Ohio
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Berkeley Premium decided to substitue the order with something totlly irrelevant, which actually was priced on their website for half of the price of the actual item ordered, and charged my account the full amount.
When I called them on their arror, all I was told was they had no return policy on web ordrers. The fact that the error was theirs, did not matter.
As far as I am concerned this is a total rip off, there has to be a law against this.
