Rented home $4500 first month plus month and a half security depositWaited after living there for 2 weeks she decided to run a background check on us that we never signed for Because we were complaining that there were things wrong. We didn't have a stove or power in two rooms of the house for the entire 1st week that we were there. Then we complained that the house wasn't cleaned and there was mouse poop all over in the cupboards and under the stove. Her response was what do you expect you live in the country. And all of a sudden she didn't want to fix anything else so she's served us eviction papers and said we had to be out before our next payment. is a slum Lord and takes everybody's money. She doesn't want to fix anything she says if you don't like it then move. that's why I do month to month rent. We asked her if she was going to give us our money back and she said it depends on how you leave the house but you have to be out. The day before your second month payment is due or i'm taking you to court. falsely advertised on craigslist saying beautiful home three and a half acres. When in reality you dont even have any yard whatsoever. The truth is she has a huge pole barn in front of the house and all You smell is Marijuana. She is Running an illegal pot shop. And once she was questioned about it she served us an eviction.
