EDitor's Comments: The comments by the victim above are typical of Bernard Haldane. Usually forced statements derive from the victim in order to receive FULL or partial settlement from the Bernard Haldane SCAM which has bilked thousands of victims of millions of dollars fraudulently world wide.



Rip-off Report has relentlessly pursued this corrupt company for several months, obtaining very little success. It has been reported to the Rip-off Report that Bernard Haldane Associates are now motivated to settle, and have been giving victims most of or ALL their money back because they now know they have been under investigation for several months as part of a cooperative effort between several media outlets and Rip-off Report.com



Therefore, in our opinion, be warned---DON'T take even one penny less than what you are owed. BHA knows they have been caught red-handed and we are letting the word out so that victims will not accept a settlement less than what they are owed.



They will force you to file as part of the settlement a retraction to your Rip-off Report, making the following statement, or something very similar: After discussing my dissatisfaction with the VP, we came to an agreement to terminate the contract. I am now satisfied and fully apologize to Haldane for this report that I am having trouble to delete from this site.

I received a call from one of the Haldane folks and was asked if I would be willing to withdraw my Ripoff Report in exchange for a settlement. I said yes, but, only if I received the full amount of $6500 which is what I paid plus lost interest.



After much discussion about removal of the ad, he (Steven Stromp) came back to me with a very detailed analysis of my utilization of the services and the contract provisions and a generous offer of 50% of my net fee which was well above what he would refund under the contract. THESE FOLKS JUST DON'T GET IT. I told him that he evidently didn't hear what I said initially that I want $6500 because the fraud occurred in the obtaining of my signature which voids the contract and he expects me to accept the settlement based upon a fraudulently obtained agreement. That's Haldane for you at their very best.



I gave him my options from passing out fliers outside the office building to contacting the Indiana AG and the BBB. Although I was dubious of the BBB since I knew Haldane was a member. He came back with a proposal that we submit to BBB as an arbiter. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING. AFTER I ASKED HIM NOT TO IMPUNE MY INTELLIGENCE HE WITHDREW THE OFFER. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IF SUIT IS TO BROUGHT THAT WE INCLUDE THE BBB, EVERY NEWSPAPER THEY ADVERTISE IN AND EVERY BUILDING LANDLORD THAT HALDANE RENTS FROM IN THAT ACTION AND THAT WE FLOOD BBB NATIONAL OFFICE WITH EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION WE CAN GET OUR HANDS ON FROM "THE CHEATED MASSES OF HALDANE"
