Bert Cox/ 1house Deal and then No Deal! Concord New Hampshire

I am not the only person who has had major issues dealing with Bert Cox and his unprofessional actions. My broker and I submitted multiple offers on a house he had listed via fax and I did not hear back from him for days. When I did hear back he said he had just received a higher bid. Then he says things like "Oh, they're not going to go for that." Or "That offer isn't strong enough" without contacting the sellers at all.

He also has accepted offers with other buyers, signed paperwork, taken deposits and then 6 weeks later backed out of the deal. He is very shady and not professional in any way. Just because a person writes a few lousy (I mean they suck) books does not make them an expert or even well qualified. He would be much better suited to work as a used car salesman or personal injury lawyer.
