I went into Bert and Rocky’s today 3-26-2018 at 5:00 pm approx. I went in and asked for 2 Carmel apples. I asked for 1 to be split into 2 boxes I was already getting a nasty attitude from the girl helping me. Then I asked for lids for the small boxes and you think I asked her for her arm to be cut off. I got such an attitude that I asked for the manager. She came out with a same like attitude I offered to pay extra money for the box and she wouldn’t do it she said there losing money on it and she said no. I asked for the Owner and was shocked to hear she was the Owner. She has recently has taken over the Bert and Rocky’s and I have to say she disgusting human of a person. She said I was a wetback and cheap and asked me to get out.

I feel sorry for her family. I’ll be complaining to everyone I know and the City Manager will be getting a call from me tomorrow. This racist needs to get out.
