Bertakis Communities Hidden River DOES not return Security Deposits REGARDLESS! Internet

My father-in-law lived at Hidden River North for 11 years, paid his rent on time for 11 years. When he moved out they owed him his security deposit three months ago. We have called and called Roberta Miller and have gotten NO RETUREN CALLS, NO REFUND on his security deposit. I have called again to no avail! All he wants is his security deposit back. What type of "harm" can you do to a lot of grass? He paid his rent ON TIME for eleven years and was the "perfect" tenent.
The only thing I have to say is DO NOT RENT FROM HIDDEN RIVER.

Received a reply today from the company and there was apparently a mix up with a change in their policies. The man I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. He also has cleared the situation up for my father-in-law, who will be receiving his security deposit.
