I purchased a diamond from best brilliance diamond (BB) of NY online. After my order was placed I was contacted by AVIV from BB. He told me that he had a better diamond for me then the one I chose.I took his advice and made the change and went with his recommendation.
I then looked online and they had a 20 or 25% off all inventory and the diamond I puchased was on the website. I told Aviv their was a difference of $486. He said he would refund me my money but it wasn't until I theatened to return the diamond after a 3 week run around.So finally I returned the diamond back becuase they refused to refund as promised.
After they recieved the stone my refund was given but at that point it was to late.They recieved the stone they alleged the stone was a CZ fake stone. The stone was sent back per thier website and after holding the stone for 6 weeks they claim it was fake!!!This company will tell you anything you wanna hear to sell you a diamnod....I have not recieved my purchase price back as this is in dispute once again and they have the stone and all my money. BE CAREFUL DON'T GET RIPPED OFF.

The issue has been resolved in full. Company refunded my me $486 as promised,there was a overlap in time from when it was sent and recieved and I have recieved my diamond.
