Best Buy Fragrance.com bestbuyfragrance.com fake, counterfeit, not authentic, false, expired, not original, fake product Lehigh Acres Florida

I bought 2 items from BestBuyFragrance.com 1) Christian Dior Sport for men 2) Hugo Boss Cologne for Men.

Upon opening the packaging, of Dior Sport, I immedietly noticed the defects.  The spray nozzle was loose, and the red ring around the nozzle was orange instead of the original color-red.  The nozzle did not sit properly on the bottle, and so the cologne leaked a bit during shipping and was therefore soon to evaporate.  

The black tube inside the bottle which holds the straw was also a sign of a fake item.  It had a printed Dior stamp, which the original bottle does not have.  Also, the printed title of the cologne was printed not straight, but crooked.  The straw inside the bottle was also too long, and the cap did not sit on properly.  

The cologne did not smell as teh original Dior does, and was also lighter in color.  I took this fake bottle to the Dior store to compare and the store manager immedietly informed me that my Dior Sport was not authentic.

Same story with my Hugo Boss cologne.

I have contacted Best Buy Fragrance about a refund, which they said they would honor upon returning the defective items to the provided address in original packaging.  i did just that, and they confirmed receipt of my returned items, at which point they told me that the refund was in the processing stages adn may take up to 2 weeks.  

It has now been months and I have written at least 15 emails, and have received no reply since the original confirmation of receipt of my returned items.

This online vendor is a fraud, did not return my $82 and sell knock off, fake products, Beware and Do Not Buy.
