on 11132009 i purchased a computer from Best Buy,  the salesman  Brndon Bayard, told me about the extended waranty,  that i had 14 day from the date that i purchesed the computer to apply the warenty,  i did not have the money at the time and i was leaving to go off shore for 14 days,  Brandon told me all i had to do is have someone come in with the recipt within the 14 days and they could purchase the extended waranty on the computer.  on 112209 my mon went to the store to add the warenty,  the person behind the geek counter told her she had to have the computer.  she asked to speek to the manager,  the  sales person called the store manager,  with my mon standing right there told the manager that the computer needed to be there.  this shows me that the manager knows NOTHING about the extended warenty,  neather did the person selling the computer.  i am off shore way past the time of 14 days to aquire the warenty,  so in other world i'm screwed by BEST BUY!!!!!
