- I requested an in-house estimate done by David and every inch of my apartment was seen including the garage, kitchen cabinets, and closets - you name it, he saw it. We negotiated a price of $2,400 that included wardrobe boxes, disassembly and reassembly which is noted in the contract.  David assured me the price would only change if "you add anything more than you showed me." 
 
- Come move day, the driver wanted to charge me 30-50% more due to unexpected inventory then what was noted. Dave saw everything we intended to move. 
 
- The driver threatened me into receiving a $400 tip and I quote, "If you treat us well, we will treat your stuff well. But if you don't treat us well, you can expect your things to be treated like that."
 
- The driver did not have wardrobe boxes which were promised and stuffed my wedding dress, freshly dry cleaned dress shirts and suits into boxes.
 
- The driver began emptying drawers and throwing my belongings into boxes because "they could break." I was unaware that books, movies, and video games were breakables. These boxes are now MISSING.
 
- Upon delivery, the men asked my husband to help them unload boxes, refused to reassemble furniture, refused to put anything in place and I saw boxes tumble and fall out of their truck. My $500 Breville food processor fell out of the box when they set it down. 
 
- MISSING items: half of our bed, my brand new bike, our WEDDING ALBUM, boxes the movers packed themselves, and hundreds of baseball cards that have been in the family for decades. These are the same baseball cards that the driver INSISTED upon boxing himself so they would be "safe." Interesting, eh?
