I received a coupon in the mail the mail to get duct cleaning in my house for 60.00. I have lived in my house for a year but I don't know if the vents have ever been cleaned. I called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for 5pm on Monday. Monday comes and at 445 I am told they are running late can they come at 6. I say yes. They call at 6 and say they can't make it can they come tomorrow.  Thats irritating but things happen. They tell me they will be there at 5 on Tuesday. Tuesday at 6 I call because still no one has shown up. I am told they could send someone one out but they would be out there by 8. Thats not ok and I said don't bother. I wish I wouldn't have kept trying. Wednesday comes and they call me apologizing and saying they can come out at 5 and they will make sure to be there. I say ok. They come out at 5 and do the work. He is gone in about an hour. Only after trying to upsell me on things I did not need. (He tried to charge my $775 for a "cleaning") The next day the dryer doesn't dry anymore. I go outside and look at the exhaust pipe. Not only did he not clean it (which I paid an extra 60 for) but he moved the pipe so instead of it venting the air outside it is venting into my siding and he busted the cover the goes on in front of the exhaust outside. I have call and explain the situation today (Friday) and am told they will come out between 1-4. 4 comes and still no one. I call and they there was a mistake and someone will come between 4-6. 6 comes and still no one. I continue to keep calling and I get transferred to people who say they will call me back and then no one does. I currently can not use my dryer and I paid money for a service they didn't perform. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I will also be filing a BBB complaint tonight.
