Best Logo Creations claims to have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. They advertise this all over their website to draw you in and then refuse to offer a refund after you meet all the criteria set forth in their terms and conditions.

This company is a complete ripoff. They use standard basic templates to design a business logo and then after many revisions if you are still not satisfied then you are Sh&% out of luck.

Poor customer service done all by email and the correspondence is written such poor English it is difficult to understand them. They have a New York address with a UK Affiliate.

DO NOT purchase from this company! Do your research and seek out a professional business to business company that believes in their own product and guarantee!

They may be cheap but yes they offer a cheap, low quality product if you get a product at all.
