Best Paving & Roofing Avoid Best Paving & Roofing At All Costs!! Garland Texas

I will try make this report very short for everyone. Don't ever use Best Paving & Roofing (BPR). If you want to know why then read below.

BPR supposedly fixed the flashing on my roof around my chimney. Over the phone they stated a 24 month warranty. On the receipt I received it stated 12 month warranty. The warranty time is actually irrelevant because they don't return your calls or come back to your home after they receive their money. The "supposed" work was conducted on 1-23-08.

The problem is there is a leak on my roof that is leaking down the wall into our bedroom and ruining the drywall. We had BPR "fix" the problem on 1-23-08, paid them $225.00, and thought the problem was corrected.

In March, one month later, we had a thunderstorm and the water was flowing down the wall again as if we never corrected the problem. Unfortunately, we had paid to have the drywall fixed before this and now we are back in the exact same situation we were in before BPR ever showed up.

IF they incorrectly diagnosed the leak I understand. I am even willing to fix the drywall out of my own pocket again. I am very reasonable. Unfortunately, I have called them now three times and they always say "Oh, we are so sorry. We will call you right back and get out there."

Today's date is 06-29-08. I have yet to receive a call back from them. I am beginning to doubt if they actually did any work on the roof. It's too high for me to get up there and inspect as I really don't like heights. I am now in a tight spot considering just hiring someone else and being out of pocket even more money. I am considering doing that and then going to small claims court to receive restitution. It's not the money. It is the principle. And that is why I am writing this as I have never written anything like this on a website before.

I simply don't want any hardworking people out there to be ripped off from Best Paving & Roofing. We work hard for our money and people that do not honor their word or their work should be avoided at all costs. I hope you find this message useful.
