Best Payment Solutions setup merchant account without telling the whole truth Ripoff Tampa Florida

Best Payment Solutions lied and set up my merchant account without telling me that they did not do credit card processing for future services. The sales rep set me up and took my money without saying a word about the nature of their limitations on sales transactions.

I charged my first few customers' credit cards for $7500 and Best Payment Solutions security department held my money without depositing it into my bank for 8 days. The security department emailed me the day after the transaction, and I submitted all documentation. Three days passed with no communication. Then three days of phone tag with the security person, who admitted she had not even looked at my documentation even though she had it in her email inbox for three days.

After waiting 7 days, I received a call from this same security person who informed me "you must refund your customers" we do not do future service transactions.

I'm now out my money ($7500) for an additional two weeks while I wait for refunds to appear on my clients' credit cards and then I can charge them again for the fees. I will have gone one month without my money because of the unethical salesmanship of Best Payment Solutions.
