Best property rental in San Jose,ca owned by vuong vu is nothing but a scam. Her employees Jenny.h phoung vu are stealing from the tenants from the gardena units. They are kicking people out if u dont buy their property. They charge $100.00 for anything they dont like. I told Jenny they are rats in my unit n she said to give her a 30 day notice and leave if I didn't like rats. They are charging also a new $15 fee for trash, which is out on the sidewalk. I called BBB and recommended to call housing authority. I asked the manager Vicente to fix the carport beams which are NOT nailed in, but he says he cant do anything because Phoung vu wont approve it. I cant move due to personal reasons.However it would be nice for an inspector to check these properties there are too many hazardous violations risking the children living here....
