Best Rate Freight Services Overpromised and underdelivered!! Norfolk Virginia

My name is Mark and I have been in the Automotive Industry for over 15 years. I have used brokers and transport companies to ship more than a thousand cars and never had a such negative experience as I did with Best Rate Freight Services.

Darlene from Best Rate Freight Services promised to pick up our car from Fontana, CA to Maryland and gave us a priced for closed carrier and open carrier. The promise was to pick-up a car within 4 days.

Two weeks went by and I get the call from the customer irrate wanting to know where the car was. When he found out that the car was not picked up yet, I got stuck paying for his first payment: $1,238.00 So Best Rate Freight Services told us that they couldn't find a closed car carrier and they were going to use an open car carrier instead.

So originally they quoted us $900 on an open carrier and now they said that it was going to be a $1,000 because they were going to pick-up the car right away (the very next day). Three days went by and nothing.

We called Best Rate Freight Services and now they said that the car was going to be picked-up on Monday (5 days later than it was promised). On Monday morning I get a phone call from Darlene saying that the car is now going to be picked-up on Tuesday instead. 3-4 weeks went by, the car has not been picked-up and the company still wants more money than they originally quoted me.

In top of all that, Darlene from Best Freight Services tries to defend herself. My carrier didn't have the appropriate insurance, the other carrier cancelled.... Never once she took responsibility or admit wrong doing. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!! DO NOT ARRANGE TRANPORST SERVICES WITH BEST FREIGHT SERVICES.
