I sent a deposit for a German Shepherd puppy, pick of the litter from specific parents. She never notified me that the dog did not get pregnant. When I inquired, she tried to get me to take a male puppy out of the litter she had that she had not been able to sell yet.

She would not refund my money and the only resolution she was willing to offer was a puppy out of the next litter. This was a first time mother and the puppies that she eventually had, had health problems. She kept sending me emails about these puppies although I asked her to quit contacting me.

She sent emails with both parents up for sale shortly after these puppies were born. She would not let me come up and pick out the puppy I wanted and pick it up. I was unwilling to send her any more money, thank God I didn't.

She sent me an email about the puppy I had originally asked about, by looking at a few day old picture!!! she sent me an email from the people that got it. Why, I do not know. They said the puppy was up to 9.5 pounds. At the same age, I had bought a puppy somewhere else, the same age, mine weighed 25 pounds at this time.

She sent a notice that some new puppy owners were experiencing Panosteites. Something she tried to explain away that big dogs get this all the time. Her puppies must have not been healthy. Why would she sell both parents immediately after the puppies?

She tried to force me to pick a puppy just by looking at these pictures. I wanted a dog to be SAR trained and I had researched the matter quiet a bit. I knew I needed a certain puppy but not something I could look for in the pictures. I wanted to see and hold it. When I would not pick a puppy, I was busy looking else where, figuring my 500 was down the tubes anyway. Why would I want a sub standard puppy to boot?

Once she got good and mad because I did not answer several phone calls, she began calling my daughter and leaving her rude messages, as well as on my phone. Then she started sending the email...Smart woman, huh? Here is the email that she sent that made me decide she may have gotten my 500.00 but I am determined to see that anyone looking for a puppy knows what they are getting into. She will rip you off and be rude to you right after wards.

Here is the email: For anyone that doesn't believe it, I can forward the email. It is one of many that I found rather interesting being that SHE is the one that had the money....and wanted more.

I am sorry but it was rather RUDE of you to never contact me and nicely explain why you were unable to take your pup and to leave me hanging.
The pup you left a deposit on got a wonderful home and they LOVE her. Will send pic's from them when I recieve them. Your loss was their gain and I told them that.
We breeders do talk, and we do comment on clients we have had problems with threw our network. This all could have been handled in an adult manner if you had had common courtesy to give a heads up on your end. If you couldn't aford the pup you could have just said so.

Oh well I don't really care. I made an extra $500.00 from your aggravation. If you ever want to send me another $500.00 please feel free. "A fool and their money are quickly parted."
