Best variety shop Took money for an item i ordered but never sent the item. Internet

I ordered a firefighter ring for my husband they took the money off my card but never sent the item. I have contacted them numerous times through email and messenger. Have gotten very few responses back and all they keep telling me is the item was shipped but refuse to give me a tracking number. There is no phone number to contact them only an email address and through facebook messenger. I used a prepaid card then threw it away once i used it so dont even know how i could get my money back as if they would return it anyway. Now they are completely ignoring.my messages because I told them I want my item and that they were a fraud company.
