Best Western Plus DFW Airport Suites, 5050 W John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75063 advertises there hotel near the Dallas Fort Worth Airport, with complimentary shuttle service listed on the first line (on their booking.com listing) and in the photo banner of their own webpage listing.  This shuttle is the reason I booked a room with this Best Western. After waiting for an hour I called Best Western and they replied that their shuttle stops at midnight, so got on the shuttle of a different hotel and stayed at the different hotel for the night, as it was very late.  I cancelled the Best Western reservation, they refused a refund, I called and spoke with Brenda who told me that their shuttle is 24 hours and perhaps I called the other Airport Best Western, that goes by the name "Best Western Plus DFW Airport West" -- very very similar.  I contend that they did not provide the shuttle service and I want a refund, as this is the reason I book with this hotel.  I then called Best Western Customer service, who acknowledged the confusing names, but told me that it is not their responsibility, but the responsibility of the consumer.  I will admit that if this had happened during the day time and I had my USA phone i might have sluthed this out, but this is deceptive advertising saying there is a shuttle, saying it is my responsibility to figure out their system (which it took several calls to even figure out what might have happened).  Additionally, they have cancelled my reservation of the booking website so after charging me $110 I cannot even warn other weary travellers of the system at DFW Best Westerns.  I feel they should clear this up on their advertisements, as well as refund my money as they provided nothing - no room, no shuttle, no booking review.
