Best buy is charging me for a TV that I never received. Bought it in may 2016. While in transit with ups it got damaged. I was notified by best buy it was damaged and is being returned to best buy in Jacksonville fl. Now in August 2016 they still want me to pay for the tv. Best buy was my favorite electronics store. But no more .I don't care about getting any deals from, them. I shop elsewhere.
