Bestway Coleman Pools and Spas Bestway Corps Bestway Bestway Pools and Spas Fired Me for Reporting Racism to Supervisor Phoenix Arizona

I was fired for "insubordination" because I told my boss's boss in the customer service department that I was being bullied by the entire department's management team. My assumption is that I was being treated unfairly due to my race. I was hired as a customer service representative. I was also the only person hired that they didn't have some sort of video interview with, so they didn't know what I looked like before I came in my first day. I looked around the training class of 12 people, and I thought that it was really strange that 8 of the other people there were of a race that only makes up 6% of the population in Phoenix. The trainer of this class who was part of the hiring team was also of that minority race. Throughout the week, she and her colleagues of her same race yelled at me for asking questions, yelled at me for making very small mistakes, gave me dirty looks, and sometimes refused to help me altogether.

They did this while speaking in a kind and calm manner to the trainees of their same race and calling them "Sweetie" and "Hunny." What's also interesting is that there were only 3 men in the entire department of about 30. Two of the 3 male trainees from my class were fired within their first couple of days for "having an attitude and causing problems in training class." I never saw it. I was also on multiple occasions reprimanded with the use of profanity. The full time permanent employees there particularly like using the N word. I am disgusted and shocked by the way I was treated by everyone involved. Another member of my training class was fired on the spot for taking a single emergency call from CPS. This is while the head of the department's phone went off blasting loud with the ringtone "My b**ch bad. My b**ch hood. My b**ch do s**t dat yo b**ch wish she could." The customer service department is atrocious. This company lies about the amount of time left on warranties, treats temporary employees such as myself with absolutely no respect, and the moment you open your mouth to anyone about being treated unfairly you WILL be fired.
