Bet Online www.betonline.ag Stole my winnings, fraudulent online betting site, worst site ever, do not use! Panama city Internet

I used Bet Online, the website is betonline.ag to bet money on the Kentucky Derby. I used my debit card to deposit money. The information they provided for withdrawls was tagged as auto parts and hotel stays. I naturally thought it was fraud so I contacted my bank and they took the money back. 

In their rules and regulations they expect this to happen so they have a rule that says if the bank takes the money back you forfeit your winnings. I called them to let them know that my bank took the money back and asked that they take the original money from my winnings and they just took the $1800 I won on the derby. I only bet $200 but because I chose the top four horses I won $1800, never knowing that they never intended to let me have the winnings I am entitled to. 

If they had not used fraudulant and wrong classifications for the withdrawl in my bank account then this would have never happened. So they essentially stole $1600 from me that I am rightfully owed.
