Having Beth Lazzara on the bench is one of the compelling reasons that judges should not be elected by the consumer.  She abuses her power and misuses the court system to talk constantly about her child and about her love of Pitt.  She will generally take off her robe to show you whatever new sport paraphernalia she is wearing and it is usually in the "mini" skirt style of dress, even though very unbecoming on her. 

She and her father, her tipstaff,  make face and hand gestures during court which makes a mockery of court and are totally disrespectful to who ever is testifying.  She is constantly threatening to throw people in jail and thinks she has the wisdom to judge who is lying.  She does not understand business accounting and tries, to no avail, to make decisions on these matters. 

Her biggest flaw is that she thinks being a judge gives her the right to simply throw people in jail at her whim which, in my opinion,  is based upon an unstable personality that is very short-tempered.  She should be considered an embarrassment to the court.  She is truly an embarrassment to herself and her family.  I have heard she is being transferred to criminal court.  Thank God she will now have a jury making the decisions.  And now she can legitimately throw criminals, and not people stressed by going through a divorce or custody trial, into jail.  I am sure they will get the maximum penalties from her.  Good luck to the criminals.
