The Better Business Bureau is a company that grades, accredits, and reports to the public the standing of businesses that subscribe to the Better Business Bureau for a fee.
I find their reporting on businesses to be deceiving, misleading, and false.
The Better Business Bureau's job seems to be an advertising company charging fees from companies so they would give them an A+ rating to mislead the public into believing that they would be hiring a reputable, ethical, and responsible company, when in reality these companies are just paying the BBB for their A+ rating.
The Better Business Bureau ratings are not based on facts, their ratings are based on fees. Keep up with their fee payments and they will keep up your ratings.
Do not trust the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust their ratings on companies.
