133 S Crescent Dr, Beverly Hills and 137 S Crescent Dr, Beverly Hills are two apartment buildings owned and managed by 1575 Company Inc. at 1575 WESTWOOD BLVD #103-C, Los Angeles, CA 90024.

Whereas in Beverly Hills, considered one of the safest cities in the world, these two buildings are however not. There are tons of nuisance and harassment going on inside the building from neighbors. Almost all tenants had pretty sucked experience (including dangerous ones).
