This "doctor is now taking the fat that he removes from his patinets and has no problem bragging that he is converting it to fuel for his SUV. He even claims he gets "ten miles to the gallon" and "has more fat thatn he knows what to do with."
He goes online in (((Redacted))) (or his employees do) and claim it is "no big deal because it is "just the leftovers that are thrown away." It is equally disturbing to think of this guy viewing human tissue as "extra bits" like he is dealign with animal slaughter" as it is to know that he feel no probem with treating women's bodies "the non-leftovers" as meat as well. Take a look at this and see if you think it is appropriate: (((Redacted)))

Dr. Bittner is now officially fired by Fenton and Nelson. These medical malpractice attorneys are no longer willing to represent Dr. Craig Alan Bittner or Beverly Hills Liposulpture. Congratulations gentlemen. You have taken the moral high ground. You have proved that money is not the only thing that matters. I commend you highly.
Dr. Bittner is now fired by Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro and Rabkin. These highly respected lawyers are no longer are willing to represent Dr. Craig Alan Bittner. Congratulations gentlemen. You too have taken the moral high ground. You have proved that money is not the only thing that matters. I commend you highly.
You have to ask yourself: Why are these big, powerful, successful Los Angeles Law firms now absolutely unwilling to work with this doctor now?
Understand that they reviewed the overwhelming evidence presented against him and were so deeply disturbed by what they saw that they refused to be a part of attacking innocent women in order to silence them. These law corporations did not walk away from this man in order to prevent him from having his day in court. They realized that he is dangerous and that he was using their expertise to terrorize and abuse his victims.
Both law firms cannot therefore go more highly recommended than that. Their integrity is clearly not for sale! Go get a criminal defense lawyer Dr. Craig Alan Bittner. you're going to need one.
I encourage all people who read this to call these attorneys and thank them for doing the right thing!
Think about it before you even consider going to him. Be careful.

Wrong about Fenton & Nelson

The comments about Fenton & Nelson are incorrect. They continued to act as his attorney behind the scenes, pretending to have dropped the case. They then acted as attorney for his employee Jonathon Martin (his employee seen on the Youtube video wherein he is illegally operated on by Kyle Burke a woman with no medical training) and the one seen telling reporters to "please leave" after he was raided by the medical board in 2009. They continue to threten his former patients with false lawsuits in order to coerce them into dropping their very real malpractice lawsuits.
This seems very shady to me. They also offered at least one women he injured, tens of thousands of dollars if she would perjure herself and claim something along the lines of: she made up all the things Bittner had done to her and that she wanted his forgiveness for ever having said anything bad about him. They failed! She stood strong despite the very publically vicious lies they claimed about her.
Take this seriously. They failed because right prevailed. This failure should indicate to anyone to quality of the work they ar capable of engaging in.
It is sad to know that some people in this world will do anything to win. They do not care about right and wrong. They do not care about evil or good. The law is a weapon to crush innocent people, falsely accuse them and try to destroy their lives, not a tool to vindicate the innocent. To this law firm it is all about winning, even if it means someone who is a danger to the rest of us is free to keep harming others. And yet, in such a case as this, when pitted against a single patient, this highly paid law firm lost more than once. That is awesome!
