I saw an article a few years ago where Dr. Angela Vickers was named as the Chief Student Services Officer for the Muscogee County Georgia School District.

Dr. Angela Vickers is pure evil.  The woman is about as mean as they come.  It said in the article that she was hired as the new Chief Student Services Officer for the Muscogee County Georgia School District.  I don't know how the hell that woman got a job like that.

 Dr. Vickers cited her experience in Hillsborough County Florida.  Yes, Dr. Angela Vickers worked there for 29 years as she worked, somehow got a Doctorate from what I am guessing was a mail order school and was both  feared and hated.  Feared because of Dr. Vickers did not like you she would ruin your life.  

I was sitting at a training for the district and I was speaking about something that happened when I worked with Dr. Vickers to a co-worker.  The co-worker leaned over and said to me, "Be careful what you say.  Dr. Vickers knows a lot of people and if it gets back to her you have no idea what she is capable of.".

I later found out that although this individual had tenure at the school we were working at, she was basically stuck there because Dr. Vickers did not like her and she was unable to go anywhere else. And this was no joke, I heard this same scenario and was warned by others who had crossed this evil woman Vickers as well.

During Dr. Vickers less than stellar career with Hillsborough County Florida she was absolutely HATED by the Hillsborough Classified Teachers Association (the local teachers union).  The teachers union had a pet name for Dr. Vickers that I won't even repeat.

A few of the last places Dr. Vickers worked at in Hillsborough as Principal were Young Middle Magnet School, Sligh Middle School, North Tampa Alternative, and some type of administrative job at the local training facility.  

When Dr. Vickers was the Principal at Young Middle Magnet School the school dropped 2 letter grades during Dr. Vickers tenure there.  I heard from someone who worked there at the time that the teachers hated Dr. Vickers and were overjoyed to see her go.  Dr. Vickers punishment for what she did at Young Middle Magnet School was to be sent to Sligh Middle School, which, at the time, was an F rated school and the lowest rated of the over 200 hundred schools in Hillsborough County Florida (Hillsborough is one of the 10 largest districts in the nation).

 As you can probably guess, not much was different at Sligh Middle when Vickers was there.  Dr. Vickers was so rude and abusive to her staff that people left en mass and Vickers could not keep office staff.  Dr. Vickers would park her big silver Jaguar out front and act like a queen.  

Dr. Vickers had the reputation for being hot and cold, one minute you could pass her and she would act like your best friend, then you turn around a few minutes later and she would stare you in the face and act like she didn't know who you were.  I used to wonder if she was bi-polar.  Whatever Vickers had wrong, she was a nightmare to work with and DID NOT have a good reputation among the people at the Hillsborough County Florida District.

If you are ever stuck working for Dr. Angela Vickers, now or EVER, I will pray for you.  You will need it.  And watch your back.  This woman is not to be trusted.  She is only interested in one person........herself.
