Beware of Posh Productions Bridgette Michelle is owner of the company She accepted my application with my personal information, but she did not communicated effectively

I have been with Posh for close to five months and have grown more in that short amount of time than I have at companies I contracted with for over two years. I am respected and treated as an individual rather than just one of many. Ms. Michelle has always paid me on schedule, and when I was new, she called me now and then to see how I liked the job. We are kind to one another, and we respect one another. You get what you give. Basic manners and professionalism go a long way at Posh. 

Cherie Abdin, do you think that leaving three bad reviews is going to increase their effectiveness? Make them more believeable? Here's the truth people, this woman was given the same opportunity to work as everyone else is given yet could not stick to her schedule, refrain from missing calls and always sounded intoxicated. We gave her every opportunity to do well yet she was simply incapable of keeping callers on the line for more than a few minutes. For these reasons, she was terminated. Her final pay was sent via company check, a standard procedure and clearly outlined in the agreement she signed. Her final pay was a mere $18.

It cost us $35 to stop payment on the check after she informed us she did not receive it. She gave us an incorrect address which we confirmed. We mailed a second check to the new address she provided and a week later began receiving emails (again) that she hasn't receive it. We are simply not playing games with this woman any more.  I suspect you may have substance dependency issues and I truly hope you get the help you need.

I'm a potential contractor and I've read through this thread thoroughly. I most definitely know whos truthful or trying to distort the facts for unknown reasons. Which I find disturbing.

Ava you say that you were the hiring manager at NOW productions who is Jessica Bryant during a certain time period and that you hired someone by the name of Bridgette. But thoroughly reading your review "Ava" you are also saying you worked for Jessica Bryant and now you are writing this review as AVA.  Is this a case a dual personality. You have proven yourself to be a liar. Your words are self-contradictory. So, we as independent contractors now know the lengths you will go through to discredit good companies. Your reviews are full of disdain and a product of blatant lies and lots of misrepresentations. I was sincerely a contractor considering your company. 

Jessica, are you okay? Are you functioning okay? I am just asking, because you spend a lot of time, trying to sabotage other PSO companies. Why would you spend so much time and energy on another person’s company when yours is clearly in need of direction and management. The PSO industry is going through an incredibly hard time right now, however, there are companies out there, that are, fortunately, able to pay their employees right, which of course has a positive effect on employees, and they enjoy working for a PSO company that treats them right, and honestly POSH PRODUCTIONS is one of them. Whereas you Ma'am are having employees consistently express the lack of respect and mistreatment they receive from you, as you do not pay them.

Bearing this in mind, I would suggest you take this off your website: “Our average phonesex operator/actress earns between $300 and $800 a week” because you and everybody who knows your company, knows this is not true. You are not even able to sustain an ad on sexy jobs? Lol. Are you legit? Are you serious? You are clearly an imbecile. So I will ask you once again, are you okay? I think you need to invest money in therapy! In the middle of a pandemic, you are still trying to spout hatred from your vile tongue. I feel sorry for you. You have a split personality, you claim that you worked for Posh Productions as an employee? You are clearly a jealous business owner…

You state on your company website:

“NOW Productions is a platform based phonesex company with many years of experience in the phonesex/adult chat business. We love seeing women excel as phonesex operators and many of the PSOs who work with us appreciate the opportunity to work from home around their other commitments (school, family, etc;) making an above average, consistent income.”

 Nope. You don’t, you rule like a tyrant. That’s what you do.  

 You need to stop being obsessed about the brilliance that is Posh Productions, and just start a new business in a different sector. How about earning money as a compulsive liar. You spout fake news and constantly contradict yourself. Look at your last review under the pseudonym “Ava” stating: “I was a hiring manager at Now Productions in 2018 and can attest to the fact that Bridgett Michelle Smith of Delray California did in fact work at Now Productions from March 2018 to May 2018”

If she did, which I believe she didn’t, are you not breaking the law by stating her employment details on a public forum. By the way, do you know how to spell, I think you missed the “e” from BRIDGETTE.

I was a hiring manager at Now Productions in 2018 and can attest to the fact that Bridgett Michelle Smith of Delray California did in fact work at Now Productions from March 2018 to May 2018 during which time it was non stop drama. Reason after reason why she couldn't work or had to take off to see her "Godfather". It was really strange but ultimately she was let go despite our many attempts to work for her. So she apparently has started her own company and I am not surprised to see the same level of drama here on this forum that we use to experience with her. She never worked at a law firm, that is such a fantastic lie she seems to enjoy telling.  She would email us out of the blue some insane, very hard to decipher email about some rant that none of us could make sense of and then we wouldn't hear from her for months until BAM, another equallly confusing and threatening email would arrive. I do not typically engage in this type of drama, however, I think people need to know what this woman is all about. She is completely unhinged and on the verge of being kicked off the Niteflirt platform for not paying her PSOs and for other things I am not at liberty to discuss. It's really a shame. She posts all of these rebuttles where you can tell she is trying very hard to sound calm and professional yet you see others that make you realize she is an out of control lunatic. She doesn't seem to realize how she is only hurting herself.  I'm sure she will post a response to this in fact, I fully expect it. She can't help herself. I am not with Now Productions any longer but left on good terms. I have nothing but respect for Jessica but yes, she can be a little on the tough side at times. She was always fair and accomodating with me and to others and I don't think she has anyting to do with the other reveiws that were left by someone named "Jessica" dispite what Bridgett Michelle Smith claims. Just use your best judgment and look at all of what's been written. If you like drama than Bridgett Michelle Smith is your cup of tea. 

Jessica Bryant and Now Productions POSH isn't going anywhere. We haven't broken any rules but you have. The harassment has to stop. You are trying to bully and I don't know why. But I can say you are classless and truly awful and duplicitous with your actions. You send a link to your potential contractors and my potential contractors. Well, keep doing it and trying to get random people to complain about a company that truly loves and appreciates their contractors. No, we can't please everyone and we won't.

Some of the biggest corporations have complaints but it's people like you that will do it by any means necessary. Your moral compass is truly off my dear. I will no longer banter with you. You enjoy it too much. I have attached all screenshots including the police report I had to file for online harassment. This is personal for you and I have a business to run properly.

As someone who has worked for both Posh and Now Productions I can tell you that the owner of Posh is an extremely unbalanced person and by the looks of all these reviews and the drama that seems to be feeding into them, I am not surprised. Somehow she manages to get the ocassional person to defend her on here with their "rebuttle" to the terrible reviews that seem to be increasing day by day. She has a real hard on for her competitors, some of which she is an ex employee of. 

She is a fantastic liar and doesn't realize how idiotic some of the things she says come across. She has very poor impulse control and consequently, has a lot of problems with many people on an ongoing basis.  She should really be careful because there are so many people who have a story to tell about her.  I have a feeling they'll be sharing their experiences soon enough.

I would like to offer a rebuttal for all the comments made by Jessica from NOW Productions! I applied to both Posh and NOW around the same time and actually had interviews for both companies. It just so happened that Jessica called me first and I told her that I was keeping my options open because I had an interview with another company. When she asked me what company, I told her it was POSH. She immediately began to trash POSH and its owner!

She said "NO NO NO! YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM! DON'T WORK FOR HER!" She said Miss Michelle (owner of POSH Productions) used to work for her and they had some kind of falling out. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! MISS MICHELLE NEVER WORKED FOR HER!! Miss Michelle actually worked at the Law Firm she owned with her ex-husband- not working with Jessica at NOW Productions! She went through the trouble of sending me a link to this article just to try to discredit Ms. Michelle. I decided to trust her which was a mistake. I worked for NOW for a month. My pay was late twice and the second pay was short. She was frankly unreasonable and unethical!

Jessica is frankly a very rude person who should not be in a leadership position! I read some of the rebuttals on this page and many of them are Jesssica from NOW Productions pretending to be an employee of Miss Michelle with Posh Productions. DO NOT TRUST THOSE REVIEWS!  Miss Michelle, on the other hand, is measured, calm and polite and speaks to you with respect! Please avoid Jessica withNOW Productions. Go with POSH!

 Kimber Whitmam You were employed by posh and you wrote a amazing review a couple of months ago. As we can see now you have been terminated and you are saying things that are not true . I've worked for posh , left and came back and You do make money .

 I was let go due to her "Michelle" calling my phone repeatedly on my day off and my husband answered my cell. Paydays were always late, and the call volume was ungodly low. If you want to work for peanuts then hit up this joke of a so called company. Lol Steer clear!!!!!

  I worked for Posh for an entire year, everything was fine in the beginning, a few discrepancies with pay but they were fixed, then around this time last year I suffered a great lost in my family, Bridget was kind enough to hold the characters I worked, I came back in January full time, while I was part time Bridget made sure I had money, during that very difficult time she sent me gift cards, her and I became close. In Spring I was told that one of the partners of posh stole a lot of money, and Bridget was thinking of shutting down Posh, but decided to stay open because she cared about her employees. At that point I was a heavily dedicated employee of hers, when pay would come around I would have to wait because she was able to pay me at that time, but she eventually paid me, and yes there discrepancies but I was okay with a few dollars off, because of that gracious thing she did for me, but the discrepancies didn't stop. We would butt heads and I would give in and say I dont think you are cheating me, I believe it was oversight. Then back in September she came up with saying that she would pay me every 14 business days, now at this point I was totally confused, because I had never heard of being paid every 14 business days, depending on the last date you were paid, you may be only be getting paid once a month, and that was the case with me, because of her paying me once a month previously, pay for was once a month, and of course I said something to her, and we butted heads, then we got over it, and she assured me that as soon as Posh is back up at full throttle that I would get paid regularly. I dont know if anyone else was getting paid like this, but what it did for me was make look for work elsewhere, I personally couldn't survive on what I was making with Posh, and although I was working all day 5 days a week, I wasn't making much. During the summer Bridget had began hiring a lot of women, and the name Jessica kept popping up. She had asked me if knew anything about her or her company, I only heard of her name from a friend who applied to her company, I let Bridget know this, and I let her know that my friend was asked if she knew about several women who owned PSO companies, Bridget name came up, my friend didn't say that Jessica was talking about any of them she just asked if she worked for them before, this infuriated Bridget. Something was going on because the characters that I worked were being targeted, their 5 star ratings went down, ridiculous comments were left and someone was intentionally clicking on the profiles so the bids could drop. The profiles suffered, I suffered, Bridget suffered, someone was targeting her company, then she started realizing that she just hired women who worked for Jessica and this was after Bridget showed them Posh profiles, now I was told I wasn't the only one who was getting a lot of hang ups or ridiculous comments. This continued until around October, Bridget told me she stop showing new hires the profiles and process of the hiring screening was different. The last time I got paid was 10/31/2019, that is the only time Bridget was a dollar short of my pay, and of course I said something to her and she fixed it. Sometime in November she saw a report that a Jessica left and asked me to write a report discrediting Jessica, she wanted me to make up lies about her that I had no idea if it was true or false, so I did, in the rebuttal of her report I used profanity and I was emailed my rip off report that they could not post it, too explicit is what was said. I let Bridget know that I had made rebuttal but it hadn't posted yet, it takes a few hours, but when didnt post after a few hours I hadn't realized what was going, Bridget would ask every time we spoke, where's your post, idk what's going on, it should be up, she even decided to call me one day and outright ask me if I was the one talking to Jessica, and I wasn't, but her asking made me uncomfortable like she didnt trust me, that's when it felt like she was turning against me. November 18, 2019 Bridget contacted me letting me know that a accounting firm would be helding payroll, it had become too much for her, that Thursday 21st supposed to get paid, Bridget called me early in the day to say that pay would be a few days late, and that the firm would send me my printouts, now I dont know if anyone else asks for printouts but I do, during my interview process Bridget said that sending printouts was one of the things that separated her company from others, and yes I expected to receive printouts every pay period. That was another thing that Bridget and butted heads about, she claimed that I was the only one that was asking for them, I needed them for my records so that could go over them and made sure they matched my notes, at times she would tell that was overwhelmed and that she didnt have time to do them, but after not receiving my 1099, I kept asking for them, so sometimes I got them and sometimes I didnt but last few months working for her I wanted them. So after being told that pay would be late we ended the call, later I texted her asking if she could have the accounting firm send me my printouts now so that I can look them over, and she did, but as always there was a discrepancy, I informed Bridget about, I was told to get in contact with the firm and they would straighten it out, but having doubts about continuing with Posh I had decided to terminate my contract, I believed that we left on amicable terms. I wasn't rude, she said understood, and if I need a job, I could always come back, but what was odd was she said that I would have to wait for my pay, now I wasn't getting my pay the following week, I was confused because that wouldn't had been my last pay, I still was supposed to receive pay from that previous night, Bridget went on to say no we'll add that in, but because I was like family to her she wouldn't hold my pay for the full 14 business days, and that she could just give it to me Tuesday of the following week. Tuesday came and she sent nothing, I texted her, she called and said that accounting firm had messed up, royally screwed her and that I would have to wait longer, a week later I was in need of my pay, so I texted her, then she called, telling me that the firm was closed at 2pm est and that I would have to wait a bit longer, but I couldn't, I hadn't gotten paid since October, so the following day, I texted to let her know that I really needed my pay now, she again the firm was closed and that I would have to wait for them to handle it. Friday came and it was imperative for me receive my pay, nothing happened, they wouldn't be open until Monday, the thing was I had called the number on the email that I was sent supposedly from Higgins and Higgins accouting firm, I called all day friday, it rings and rings and rings, and finally it goes to a voice recording that says "all the operators are busy and to leave a message" all day and no one picked up during business hours. Then on Monday 12/9/2019, I received a call from Archilla, she says she is the executive assistant for Higgins and higgins accouting firm, she lets me know that I would be paid via check and would receive it by the end of the week, now during this call I was informed that Bridget didnt want any more contact with me, she said that I had been aggressive with her, I asked well how, I was told that I kept asking her something, I said yes my pay, then I informed Archilla that I worked the day I quit and had minutes that need to be added to my check, because it was going to be my last pay, she said okay, and then we hung up. 12/12/2019 At 2:30pm I receive a call from Archilla asking me if I was calling Bridget and hanging up the phone, I let her know I wasn't it, we ended the call. 2 hours later I receive another call from Archilla informing me that Verizon was called and the number they traced was mine and that I had been the one calling Bridget, the thing is I hadn't done anything, they had actually woken up out sleep when they called, during this conversation I was accused of being two faced. I was being called out of my name, I was told that wouldn't want to mess with Bridget, she said things about browning me to Archilla, she kept implying that I was Jessica's spy, that Jesica had sent all of our correspondences, so asked if she forward them to me because I didnt believe what she was saying, then she brought having a lawyer and giving me his number, so I asked if she could hold on so that I could take down his number, she then went on a rant about how he would mess my life, so I asked for the number several times when finally she says no, I'm not giving you his number he would laugh at you. The conversation went on with her being very unprofessional and extremely rude to me, and at time Archilla was being rude. I had decided to end the conversation and hung up the phone, now I am waiting to receive my last pay from this company which I was told during that obscene conversation would be next week, as I stated, in the beginning it was ok, questionable but ok, I dont know or want to know what has happened to Bridget, she flew off the handle after I quit, she made lies about after I quit. BEWARE OF POSH PRODUCTIONS

The insults are very unprofessional and tacky. I'm glad she actually showed her true character. This lady was never employed by this company. Notice she knows everything an owner of a company would know  i.e bidding, characters, blogging, etc.

I have her threatening emails but my lawyer says it is not worth it and he's right. WE DO NOT CARE about her company. We care about the women who work for us feeding their families, paying doctors bills or providing a roof over there family's heads. No one should be bullied or intimidated in this industry.

When you stop acting like a juvenile people will take our industry more serious. We are not going anywhere nor will we respond to Jessica anymore. There's nothing to prove. We wish her and her company much success. As I've said before its enough room in this industry for everyone.

Bridgette Michelle is a liar. She has talked about other companies. She does not like to pay her employees. She will say one thing and do another, her company is going to suffer because she is ill equiped to run a business.  She may have started off as a PSO and now she want to run a company, she doesn't know what she is doing, she doesn't know how to promote her characters, she is incompetent.

I feel sorry for all of her employees. She will have you guys work against each other as well, she promised me these really great characters, and gave me really messy ones, she doesn't know she should build her characters up before assigning them to employess, every PSO company does that, or they will have the employees build the characters up by blogging, or having control of the sign in and the emails, and on top of it.

All the PSO companies I have worked for that used Nite Flirt's platform know to assign 3 characters to their employees, that's the only way you make money, but of course someone like BRIDETTE MICHELLE doesn't know that.  You need to know how to run a business, please stop, please stop, you need to stop with your company.  

 Bridgette Michelle has no idea what she is doing. Bridgette Michelle claims to be professional, but is far from that. During the interview process she complained about employees not being able to work because she has no money to bid on them with, she named a couple of her competitors, talked about how she wanted to fire one of her employees but felt sorry for her so she keeps her around.

She has her favorites, so if you dont suck up to her then you won't bid on you. She says Posh has been around for several years, well I've been a PSO for 10 years, and never heard of her company up until last year. She is a liar, and a cheat, she never pays on time, and did she send any of you guys your 1099's, I didn't receive mine.

She will always say something about a federal lawyer but can't prove he is one (come on they are not going to use a personal email when they send things, they will use there firm's emailer their federal email) and she always uses that "I'll get my federal lawyer on you". She needs to stop, her company is crap, and she is a compulsive liar.

This is just nonsense. She can hire and fire anyone she wants would you complain if it was Mc Donalds that accepted your application and information but did not hire you. The company is an LLC and it has a website. You are obviously upset she did not hire you or she hired you and you did not make any money.

As for not getting paid I know for sure thats the first things she does and she actually talks to you every payday about your minutes. You didn't even spell her name right. How can you properly look up and LLC????

 I have been working with Posh productions for a while now, and everything is legit, they have a tax ID, they have a business license, and they pay on time. How dare you lie about the best PSO company out there, there is no drama with this company either, you are just mad she didn't hire you. Don't discourage women from working with Posh, they will be very lucky to be a part of the compay.

I worked for over a month with her on their messed up Niteflirt profiles and I worked over 40 hrs a week and never got paid. She is a scam. Please becareful if you want to work here. Anyone can work on the Niteflirt platform don't make anyone take another cut from your earnings. 

 I used to work for this company. It was a great job and helped me become stable. I can see why she didn't hire you. You are a very angry uninformed young lady. They provided their tax id number and they are a registered business that obviously employs lots of people. They said that in their rebuttal and provided proof. Maybe you should put more effort into finding a job. Good for Posh for not hiring you, other employers should be aware of you and your nasty disposition.

I have worked for Posh Produtions LLC since the day they started and have never had any real problems with Bridget or the other guys in the office. Pay has been correct and on time. I think the girl Hannah from Ark actually wrks for one of the many other PSO companies and is trying to hurts Posh's business.

I see Bridgette Michelle is flustered about my report. The fact still remains, she has no visibility on the internet; therefore, she's practically a ghost. I made this report over a month ago. I forgot all about this woman and her "company" until I received an email notice from this site that she sent her flunkies to lambaste my report.

For all the prospective PSO's who come across this report, I hope they take heed and sign up with real PSO companies that are more professional, communicate effectively, and most of all have solid presense on the internet with rave reviews to back it up. And by the way, I still sleep well at night because 1.) I don't go around lying on people 2.) I don't go around leading people on. I didn't lie on this woman.

I stand behind everything I say and I can back it up, too. Working for LAWYERS has taught me to keep record of any discourse I have with anyone online. This experience has taught me a lesson and I hope any prospective PSO who reads this report  sees this a lesson and run for the hills. So keep those rebuttals coming. My "Give a s**t Machine" is no longer in service and I REFUSE to repair it. Good day and good riddance.

 I have been working for posh productions for several years now and have always been treated fairly and paid properly. Posh productions has been a stable company who I am happy to work for.

As a business owner that strives to make money but more importantly feed families, this made me really upset. Also, any punctuation mistakes I apologize. I was really upset and in a frenzy.

It's been months and I just saw this review from a young woman I never employed. As I once stated before she did not fit what I was looking for as a PSO.

Everyone knows in the PSO business you have to manipulate your voice, she took offense to this and became irate and very nasty and threatened my company.

I do have the screenshots..... hence her review. As I said before I wish her the best of luck in the Pso business.

I've worked for this company for over a year. Bridget is professional and empathetic. When I first started with her company I couldn't pay my light bill nor could I get a letter employment so I could not be homeless with my six-year-old daughter.

Theres no way. I was late turning in my W-9, as nice as she is she said no. Turn in your W-9......we follow the rules. You are a girl who wanted a job and was rejected. It's obvious.

There are lots of companies with human resources that reject applications all the time. She did not take this well. You were never employed by this company. It is my decision and my partner's decisions not to employ you. It's just hateful and not appropriate to tear down a company because you did not fit the criteria. Its not because of race (you are a satellite worker we do not know your race). How can I sell you race? Your actions and demeanor, on the other hand, were not professional. I'm sorry you were not what our company was looking for. We wish you the best of luck in the PSO business.

This company pays for top notch websites and takes care of its employees. you cant bash a company just cause you did not do well  does not give you the balls to put down another persons hard earned company. i have been a PSO for many years and if you do not have the dedication and open schedule you will not make it in this business.  Dont bash a co unless you want retaliation legally

Its not about your race, its about your etique and integritty towards others.  So dont go spouting your mouth off until you know facts cause Karma will bite you in the butt.

 I'm sorry this young lady chooses to write the report out of disdain and hatefulness. I really talked with her and tried to give her a chance but as an owner of a company for many years I know one its just not worth it. She was mean rude and not professional. Just because you are a PSO does not mean you lower your work ethic or values. Every time I spoke with her she was yelling at multiple family members andchildren.. 

This business is as of yet is not tainted. We are a good company and employ many amazing women. A race has nothing to do with it as for as I am very proudly multiracial. She had a mean spirit and wasn't nice. Also, please let me include she NEVER worked with my company and I have the documents to prove it. She's an internet bully and thought threats and bringing down my company would work. Never to this day, we are still the highest paying and bonus giving PSO company and we are proud of it. This young was NEVER an empoyee.

I have emails and time cards to prove it. I considered hiring her but I  did not as you can see was a great decision Her wrath and disdain is of someone who is hurt and misguided, no one puts their heart and soul in a business likes this type of hateful response unless you were rejected. I found her to be professional and down to earth. In response to the reply from Hannah, this is still a job.

As a phone actress, you must be able to change your voice to match your characters. You must also be willing to work a steady schedule. I know for a fact she employs a variety of ethnic backgrounds at her company.

In the end its her business and she decides who is a right fit or not! She cares about her employees.
