It's the same old story. A company advertises a rebate to get you in to their store and make a purchase but the consumer never receives their rebate. I purchased a microwave in November 2010, I followed the instructions and sent in all the required documents 2 days after I purchased the microwave. To this day I have never received my rebate.
The response from the company is they use a 3rd party company to process these so they don't have any records.
Don't trust any rebate that is processed by a 3rd party. They do not send you your money. Rebates are a scam. They are just to get you into the door and the company doesn't care if you get their promised rebate.
