$39.95 has been deducted from my account since March 2007, not until I fully viewed my statement today (06-05-2009) that I came upon this issue.

I contacted them and they did close out my payments. I would like to know if I will be able to retrive any or all of my monies back....

You only review your statements once every 2+ years? The chances of getting any money back is slim to none.

You can try to dispute it with your bank, and they MAY credit back 2-3 months. But you are going to have to convince them that these were invalid charges, even though you let them go on for as long as you did.
