Bids4Prizes began charging my Verizon account $9.99 per month without any authorization on my part. I called about receiving text messages from them and was told by Verizon that I had ordered this service. I never authorized this service and never saw their contract until I looked them up online. They illegally "crammed" my phone bill.

Bids4Prizes online contact is non-responsive from their website and they do not answer their customer service line during business hours. They pay bloggers to post positive messages about their cell phone auction process.

Parent or associated companies are Gold Pocket Interactive and New Motion, Inc. Brian Singleton (949-777-3700 ext 208) was listed as a contact at Gold Pocket.
