I have sent several emails to bidstick.com trying to find out the shipping dates of products won at auctions. They say on their site 6-8 weeks. It has been that on most of all the products I have won and yet nothing. They do not reponse to emails. You can not call them. I did contact Plimus who processes their payments and they told me how to dispute them and that in doing so Bistick has to repond in 7 days or they will backchage them. I think at this point that is my only option. I think they do scam people. Yes some auctions are legit but will that person ever get what they won. That is the big question. They did admit to me in one email that I got in the beginning that people are allows to use auto bidding software on their site but I am also very convinced they play games with the bids. I know for sure one time when no one bid against me, instead of giving me the item, they just reset the time clock and it was still only me bidding. Makes one wonder. I also recognize some names that have gone on for 24-36 hours for items that might only be woth 200 and they do this to get the price up. You get to know those names and shy away from those when they are bidding for you know you can never win with them playing. I would like to receive what I have won but am beginning to have doubts. I have played on ther autcions sites and always receive everything with 2 weeks. For Bidstick to say it takes 6-8 weeks to clear the money is a joke. Where are they clearing it to... that is the real question. I think they are overseas in a location where they have to do some currency exchanging and that is the stumbling block. I did have an address that I am trying to retrieve that did list Russia as one location. I think the money must leave the US and get exchanged and then return to the US and has to get exchanged again. HOwever even that does not take 6-8 weeks. If I play auctions again, it will not be on bidstick.
