Bielinski Homes Do Not Pay final until everything is correct. Bielinski does not return Email requests Pewaukee Wisconsin

Again with no No responce from Bielinski.   Startinging in Oct, 2013.  Our new home had all the the light fixtures put onto a 3 way switch.  Our design has a morning room in the kitchen.  The Model had a hanging fixture on a separate light switch.  The Kitchen area has recessed lighting.  We changed the hanging fixture to a tight ceiling fixture.  We requested 2- TWO 3 way light switches.  1 for the morning room and the other for the recessed lighting.   Beilinski put all the lights unto 1 switch. We brought this to John's attention, the expeditor.  his responce was " sorry it didnt work out the way you wanted". 

We then got news from the City that the sidewalks slabs broken needlessly, needed to be replaced. 

The average ion our new 32 lot neighborhood is 4    Most of the 16 homes alread built had 3 slabs replaced.  We Emailed Tom Bielinski regarding this matter.  We witnessed the contractor drive over 2 sidewalk slabs and break them while speaking with our neighbor.  We had been shocked as our neighbor had been.  There was no reason for this and appeared deliberate. 

We mail to Tom Bielinski on 12/10/2013 stating the above issue. 12/12/2013 reply from Tom Bielinski stating they would get back to us the next week.  12/18/2013 we sent a reminder that we are waiting for a responce. 12/26/2013.  Resent request. 1/7/2014 Asked for responce after an Electrical Short on an outside light fixture had been fixed. (This short blow out our computer and TV).  2/19/2014 Another request sent.   This Report and another to the BBB seems to be the onloy way to get answers.
