Big Block Kennels - Ann & Evert Patton SOLD US A SICK PUPPY THAT DIED 5 DAYS AFTER PICKING IT UP Fulsher Texas

We bought a puppy from Big Block Kennels / Ann Evvert Patton. We live neer wichita Ks and we searched on the internet for a puppy. we saw this web site www.bigblockkennels.net it was a very prof looking web site. She told me that she was going to Dallas tx meeting someone from ok city also buying a puppy. on Nov 22 2008 we drove to Dallas Tx and met Ann & Evvert Patton She gave us this very cute puppy and in return we gaver her $900 but what she failed to tell us is that it was a very sick puppy. We drove home the next day and noticed that the dog was not eating but we just thought it was the stress from the long drive, On the next day (monday) The dog was very weak and lifeless I took him to the vet and it tested postive with parvo. Ann Patton aggreed to pay for treatment the vet gave it a 50 50 shot. she also agreed to replace the puppy if did not make it. 5 days the puppy died. I am Still waiting for replacement 2 months later. She keeps pushing the date for replacement back. Now she will not even answer her phone to us. So if you are thinking about buying a puppy DONT. I think she must be running some kind of a puppy mill I also think all her dogs are sick dogs that are on there last leg. her site is still up and running and she still to this day is scamming other people. She needs to be stoped. I am now in the process to reporting them to every angency that i can think of: Police, better bussiness Buro AKC, CKC, UKC, States attuarny, ripoffreport.com and possible leagel action.
