I have shopped at Big Lots for years. And most recently in the last year spent well over $1000. Not once have I received any rewards!!! I called since my account page says I should be getting notifications and coupons. NO help what so ever. I am finished! with this store. I am posting on Consumer Rip-off and making an FTC complaint. There are other stores with 'refurbished' stuff that are more cost effective and follow through with their point/reward cards. ! What a rip-off. The CSR was useless....

Im sorry to say this but youre not really entitled to ANYTHING at all. Its a internal promotion and can be modified at ANY TIME for ANY REASON. Im not saying you shouldnt get your "rewards" for shopping at the cheapest retail outlet, but to throw a fit that they arent sending you coupons so you can be even cheaper is sour grapes. BigLots is the LOWEST retail chain out there. Their model is to buy damaged and old product and resell it. Im thinking your issue is really just a ADDRESS issue. EMAIL or HOME. THEY may not have your information entered in their system correctly. Instead of throwing a tantrum online, why dont you GO INTO THE STORE and get the issue resolved.
