Big Red Kia Big Red Sports and Imports Charged for their mistakes, Manager lied, Ripped off 300 dollars Norman Oklahoma

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Big Red Kia. Or, at least, I thought I had until about a week before my first payment was due they came and towed it off. 

When I went in to the business and spoke with the manager, he told me there was an issue getting the financing approved and they tried to call two times before coming to hook the car. Despite having given them a primary, secondary and tertiary number and an email address at which I could be reached, I never received any notice that the vehicle was not approved. He said I wouldn't be charged for the mileage and that the only charges would be if the vehicle was damaged. My $300 dollar down-payment would be processed and shortly refunded back to via mail.

I waited patiently for about a month, expecting that there should be no issues. After a months time and my refund still not coming in, I called and spoke with the finance department. I was told I was charged 35 cents a mile resulting in about $400 in charges and they wouldn't be getting my down payment back. Once again, no notice was given to me, no receipt mailed or emailed that would indicate any charges. Not even a note telling me it had been processed and I had been charged to begin with.

So essentially they gave me a car I was never approved for, took it back without notification, and then ripped off my down payment by charging me after telling me I wouldn't be charged for their sales staff's failures to communicate. 

I have since heard from a former employee of theirs that their questionable business practices and sales tactics are a common issue for customers and lenders they deceive.
