I ordered books from this company and they substuted the titles that I ordered.Had duplicated one that I already had. I wrote them and was told to return it for another title.
I did as requested on 08/09/06 and still have not received the book. I sent them a letter (to Mr. Kyle Shaw) and still have not received the book or credit for it. It appears that this company is a sham. and dosen't give a d**n about their customers.

Although this report is 7 years old it has just been called to our attention.

John has complained that we substituted for titles of books he ordered and that he never recieved a replacement

for a duplicated he says he returned to us.

 

Firsttly, we do substitute on occasion when a particular ttile becomes exhausted. We state this policy clearly and prominently in our diplay ads and flyers. (Customers are invited to list alternative titles they will accept)

THis a Tern & Condition of our book offers.

 

We never received the book that was accidently duplicated. If we did a replacment woudl have been sent immediatley. John should have contacted us instead of filing a report that gives the gfeneral public the impression they we do not fjlfill our orders.

 

We have been in business continuously since 1979 under the same ownership.

Do you think we would have lasted this ong if we ripped off our customers? In fact we have had an excellent record and the rare complaint is handled and usually resolved to the customers satisfaction

 

We are still willing to send John a replacment if he contacts us at 800 824-0003
