Bill Chang is at it again!!! In November 2006, I received an email regarding a Nokia phone I was supposed to have purchased using my Paypal account for $474.99 and which I was to ship to Bill Chang. This was an absolute error so I reported this to Paypal and to the financial institution tied to my Paypal account. Paypal confirmed it was a fraud. Today, I received ANOTHER of these emails, for the same amount, but this time the phone was to have been bought from Phones4U. I have reported it but please know, this person HAS NOT BEEN CAUGHT! Please be careful!

These emails are spams designed for the receiver to click on the link included which directs them to the scammers site, NOT Paypal. When you enter your user info there they take control of the account. Simply forward them to spam@paypal.com and they will handle it. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK!
