BILL KHOURY/KHOURI Stole our $ Ontario

After over 3 years of waiting, Bill Khouri/Khoury has finally refunded us the amount we paid him for unfulfilled work. Thank G*d.

This guy BILL KHOURY spends more time trying to respond to complaints with more LIES than actually resolving the issues from the get go. It’s the same story EVERYWHERE. He refuses to pay, and then makes us some bullshit lies that he can’t even prove. All I can say it, we don’t need to prove ANYTHING. Where there is smoke, there is fire. And BILL is definitely burning his own house down with his constant con-man bull****.

Good luck getting any prompt and honest response from this guy. Been trying find/contact this guy for 9 months and he finally rears his ugly head to file a rebuttal... how about just make things right and set your karma straight instead of taking all this time to cook up creative ways of discrediting people you robbed???

 Never did he refuse to do the work. A quick search of his name and company reveals that he has conned numerous other people with similar modus operandi. Giving creative excuses but never doing the job nor refunding/paying the $ paid/due. We have no issue exposing the conversations/promises he we recorded from him which never fulfilled. We also have no issue exposing the emails/texts engaged where he sends us excuses and photos of his "sickness” but never followed through with his promises of returning the money. No work was EVER done due to his "sickness” (which was no fault of ours), so we were told by him and "his lawyer” that they would return 100% of the money back... but of course just like other people he has conned, we learned his word is S***.

This custmer came to us and said they want a camera system that the police can not trace down or be able to tap in to it to view recorded images. Right away it flaged concerns to us, we were willing to return deposit but they are not willing to sign a letter of cancellation of contract, we are willing to send them refund if they sign a release, this matter was reported to the police as I was very concerned about their activities at their new location.

These guys hired me to do a camera system in their new location in Toronto, something to do with Solar energy, when I went in to meet with the guys, their only concern was they want to make sure the video recording can not be compromised to the Police, as they do not want the police to be able to come in and view any images of recordings.... rith away I figured out they are doing a bad bsuiness dealing at their location, I stepped out and told them I will not do this work, already had invested some time and had already bought the material for them, it cost me 20% to return the equipments, I requested 20% to be taken off thier deposit and for them to agree in writting on that agreement then I would send them the balance of the refund ... but of course they refused...... I have no issure exposing the address and the company name as I have even a recorded telephone conversation from one of the partners asking me these things......
