An update on a business in Gig Harbor........


We have been fighting this business and its owner for sometime now. www.firstcc.net. I will not bore you with the past details as you all know. We thought this business was going to fully refund our money and they did partially only with the threat of going to the media as well as our Attorney General here in SC. Our Consumer Affairs Dept. has placed the company on the Buyer Beware L

This business took our money, spent it when it was supposed to be placed with an investor on a home.

The owner, William Lange has made every excuse in the book. He was to have refunded our money and knew that we have small children, one income, and was without income due to a job change. I cannot tell you what this has cost our family. I am adding the costs now but I can tell you that it has cost me in excess of $6,000

In short, this business is robbing Peter to pay Paul. I have spoken to former investors and employees who have come forth to say this guy is committing fraud. He finds families such as ours, takes their money knowing he never intends to find a home. He is stealing from investors as well as individuals and his own employees. I spoke with one today who is filing a complaint with The Washington Labor Dept in an effort to recoup back due wages of $5,000. He went on to say, " I felt bad every time I got paid because I knew it was coming from another that had been ripped off."

I spoke with a former manager in the company who states this business is committing fraud by luring innocent families. I am certain that this gentleman will issue an affidavit stating this.
