 Okay were do i start, so i was having problems with my 09 bmw, simple problem like my gas cap was not on tight enough, so i bring it to Bimmertech located in orlando fl, to see why my check egine light was on. after Nelson the owner and father of all the NON Experience worker check the car they told me that i need vanos, so they charged me $500 bucks, when i got the car back, i wouldnt start, so they say oh now i need a starter, wow the car was running fine before i brought it there.

so now they charge me $350 for a starter that i later find out that they didnt replace nor did they replace my vanos that i did not need. after i finally got the car home, i realize that it was not running rright at all, and the egine light came on again, so i took it back to Nelson the ripoff king, now he says i nedd a knock sensor brakes rotter and control arm bushing,, you guess wich is about $2000 bucks all together, but they will knock off $200,

i know realize something was not right so i decided to take it to BMW they look at the car, and guess what. [continued below]....

..... my vanos were never replace and was fine, my control arms bushing was perfect and didnt need replacement, my brakes was good, and the reson for the check egine light was because my gas cap rubber peice was bad and needed replacing, wich was only $5 bucks, wow shame on them.

this place is horrible do not trust them, they claim to be cheap but they use fter market parts that wont work for a bmw, and am not racist but they are all spanish, and speak spanish to eachother while your in there and if you dont understand what they are say, you will be ripoff.

these people will e out of business soon, and i will be there to witness if, after my lawyers get done with them, i will have the last laugh, if you go on there website it shows perfect comments claiming that they are goo, trust my they are writing there own comments to trick you, because i wrote a comment on there website, and was never posted.

these people are Great SCAMMERS please DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE

 I dont understand why Nelson is talking about another customer, let me ask him a question, did i not bring my car in and when you guys was so called finished, my car would not start, and you had to bring one of your non experience tech out there for about a half hour trying to fix it. your explainations to me was the ground was not connected, first of all how was the ground messed with anyway when all i brought it in for was a simple fix. incase you dont remember, a white coulpe with an smoke gray bmw. my thing is its very hard to trust anyboby these days with your car, i happend to pass by your shop and though, i would be service correctly, i was very dissapointed, and the issues still remain, leaving me out of money. yes i might of use a name thats not in your records, but now you know who we are. so ask around your shop nelson and they will tell you, what happend that day.


 in life honest is key, and am not saying you are totally dishonest, i just think maybe its more of you guys dont know what you are doing, as far as fixing bmw's, i only had my car there once, and it never work the same since. i rather just move on, theres no reason to resolve any issues. but i will stop with the postings, am sure others got the idea already.


again, Nelson you might be a nice guy, even though we  never ment, but i think your team are not experience and they dont know what they are doing, these are BMW if your gonna open a BMW shop, you must know exactly what you are doing.

Clarifying Situation

Hi, my name is Nelson Aviles, I am the owner of Bimmer Tech Inc, located in Orlando, Fl. I am very sorry to hear about this situation. This information has to be a false statement due to us not having any customers with the names listed in the report (Tony and Jessica).

The 2009 BMW we have replaced vanos before is for a customer name Larry with a 328i-2009. Is not a common problem on a 2009 for the vanos to go bad, this is why we can refer to this particualar situatuon to the customer mentioned before. If this is the person that I just refer to above, the vanos were replaced and bought directly from Fields BMW located on Orange Blossom Trail. We have proof of purchased in file. Also, if this is the person mentioned above, we have NO record of ever installing a starter. We did do a diagnostic report that did show Starter faults but never was done in our shop. Also the price that was said in the report is incorrect, we do not charge $350 for a starter.

If any proof is needed we are in the best position to provide it and get this situation resolved. Seeing the names of who submitted this report (Tony and Jessica), does not match with any of our customers information in our data base,which it brings us to think that this report is a false statement.
