I was another of those banned in August with over 6 years of site membership with NO warnings or complaints against me, for making a valid complaint in the so-called 'uncensored room' against another player who has several hundred complaints filed against her with BingoNet for chat violations.

Fine. After going for over a year without being able to get anything for my points, unreasonable fee hikes, contantly being lied to about everything and 'support' that consisted solely of 'clear your cache and cookies' for problems that were on BingoNet's end (like embedded advertising), let them blame me for complaining. Any complaints made to management were answered with "she'll be spoken to" (player mentioned above on 4 separate occasions by me in the past year) or no answer whatsoever.

Discrimination? My daughter did their 'free trial' a couple months ago and got charged before the END of the trial, complained and got a refund. 2 weeks ago she decided to renew her membership, filling out all information to 'renew her membership' and GET ACCESS to the site, played a week and was lucky enough to snag a gift certificate during the store's 30 seconds of being open on Nov. 1st. The next day, she got a notice that her account was canceled, claiming she was me, then a notice that no points or prizes that she had EARNED were valid because she wasn't a paying member (they hadn't charged her card yet) and her account was still closed, as well as banning her from their free site. She had done absolutely NOTHING in violation of their rules, being over 18 and obeying all chat rules.

Just so folks know... BingoNet claims to be in Smith Falls, Canada, because that's where the so-called President and several staff members are, but their server is based in Alexandria, Virginia and the actual CEO Mark Burgess and their billing company OneLine Hosting are both based in North Carolina. North Carolina doesn't allow gambling.

Only join this site if you are willing to be lied to about the benefits of membership and to spend $35 every 3 months for little or nothing in return. Be prepared to be harrassed by a few of the 'insider clique' about which 'old player' you REALLY are .... everyone else is afraid to say much of anything to anyone they haven't known for at least a year.
