First started playing bingo on line when the previous owners were a free site, play bingo for points, exchange points for either cash prizes and or product prizes. Had collected at least $300 in cash over one years period of time (timely processed).

Had accumulated enough points for a payment of $400, however when it came time to cashing in... they omitted the cash payment offer as they were bought out and stated the new company would start the cash payment offer up again.

Only way to obtain the cash payment option was to become a 'gold member' which required a $25 membership start-up fee and a $4.95 monthly fee.

However, after joining was told the 'old' accumulated points were not good for cash payment, rather on a monthly basis they would convert 400 of those points to the 'gold' status which would be good for cash outs. A ploy to keep you paying...

They lessened the points given per game, heightened the cash payout amounts for point redemption.

Placed an order for a cash payment of $100 in Feb '02 with the written understanding from the company that their payments are processed on the 15th of each month. Remained a monthly paying client so as not to be given the line: ' you are not an active paying 'gold' client so are not eligible for the cash opt'

After 2 months of non payment, also reading the chat noticed alot of 'gold members' had not received their monies owed. I started to inquire about my money...

They did not respond at first, then by the 4th month, I would get a response of 'sorry for the inconvenience' however they had computer program problems which caused payments out by manual transmition, and would issue 400 'gold' points for the inconvenience.

Next response which was approximately 2 months ago was that they were on the last week of Jan '02 payouts. Which I took I would be next in line.

Last month after no payment, I emailed again ( keep in mind I am still paying monthly dues) and the response was...
"We are currently getting caught up with prize outs, I can not say the exact
date you will be receiving your prize.
Thank-you for your patience,
BingoOnline Payment"

In the meantime... they have revamped their site (which took considerable amount of money) upped their monthly dues, almost 5 times the amount for a lesser payout. And... will not answer any emails concerning payment they owe... they are the true 'rip off' artists. I will no longer pay any monthly dues to them.
