As per the complaint I will answer each section of his complaint below:

1. Will take your money and never see it again.
   1. ……………….purchased a Business Opportunity which involved a piece of capital medical equipment. This equipment has been placed on his behalf. Mr…………………was provided with 2 separate reports detailing this information.
   2. The First report was what we call a “Build Report” which details the unit and the serial number associated with the system(s).
   3. The second report was what we call a “Delivery and Installation Report” which details the system has been delivered with all pieces of hardware and consumables for the physicians’ location. Details with images, delivery notes (signed by the location), business cards, images of the location with street view and office images with system installed.
2. Many other “investors” and reps who have been ripped off.
   1. We do NOT offer any kind of investment. This is not a guarantee of monies earned, this is simply an opportunity to facilitate better patient care while earning a potential income from the opportunity. We do not offer any guarantees on any kind of returns, futures or anything to do with investing in the company, period.
3. They say they have been in business 10 plus years and placed 1400 units = FALSE
   1. We have many offerings that expand 10 plus years including additional software for other market shares within the medical industry. We have combined these offerings over the years to include additional distributors who have also utilized our software programs, equipment and solutions within the medical industry.
   2. 1400 units expands those 10 years which include our software and not just systems themselves. Many of distributors have also placed these programs and systems across the US.
4. They say for $150k you will get an FFS (Fee for Service) contract from the doctor who will pay you a reimbursement for each test performed by the machine you pay for. Additionally, they will tell you that once your machine is placed, you will get the FFS contract back with the locations (Dr. Office) of your devices, False.

1. The FFS is contained within a 3rd party company that performs all installations on our behalf. We provide the build report and installation report as part of the process with the images acknowledging to our Diagnostic partners (Owner Operators) that the process has been fulfilled. We have provided these items to Mr…………………. Mr. ……………..has also visited these sites and has been in contact with our location(s), so we are confused as to how he is referring to this process as being FALSE. Attached is the build report and the delivery report for your review along with a testimonial from the physician themselves where his system(s) are located. Mr. …………………..was also to provide us a testimonial; however, we are still waiting on him to provide said document to us.

1. Once my device was placed under no circumstances would I be given the Doctor contact information.
   1. Typically we do not provide direct contact info to the Owner Operator as the location and the physicians request that not be given out as to not interrupt their daily practice routines, but we do provide the “Delivery and Installation Report” which has the business card and basic contact information as to where the unit was placed. Also, Mr. ………………..has visited the site and has been in contact with his locations.
2. I asked to be connected with someone in accounting so that I can give them my bank information for direct deposit of my monthly payments. After asking for weeks for this, it NEVER came.
   1. Typically, when a system is installed it takes up to 90 days for any real testing to occur as the locations are getting and building a routine for the system and the testing. We explain this that it will take time for them to get setup. I am unaware of the request taking place, but we have that information on file.
3. Finally, I was supposed to get reports showing how many tests were taken. I NEVER got those reports. Also did not get any reimbursements.
   1. Again, setup time for an office location typically takes 90 days from the date of installation to build a routine. Many of the tests being performed are demos so they can get used to utilizing the machine before taking on patients. Once an office location is up and running reports are generated 30 days from the first of that month and a bill is sent with a 30-day bill cycle. As stated in the beginning there are no guarantees made about how fast a location will begin testing, there are no guarantees for a return as this is a business opportunity and not an investment with ROI guarantees.

I believe, this answered his complaints and each section as he laid these out in his paragraph. As you can see from our statement replies, to the attached documents, we are unaware of any real ongoing issues with Mr. ……………... Mr. ……………… was again on-site and content as far as his in-person statements were concerned. Below details his trip:

Mr. …………………. had a complete assessment performed on him with one of his own Systems at Dr. ……………………… Facility - …………….. location. After his assessment was finished everyone met with Dr. …………….. (……………. B.,Dr ………………,  …………………., ………………..). Meeting was about 30 minutes long. Mr. …………………. left the meeting very ecstatic, thankful, and fulfilled in regard to the placement, or so he expressed.
After the meeting Mr. ……………….., …………………. went to lunch for Mexican food near LAX.  Mr. ………………… used an Uber back to LAX after lunch had concluded.

 I was looking at investing into the machine with Biogenic Corp. I am reading these complaints and have doubts about investing into this company. I would like to speak with if possible.

I got taken by these people awhile back and have since spoken with countless other victims. I was dissapointed to hear that they slithered back into the medical industry since their last scam ran out of juice (clinicians group), and they are now operating as Biogenic Corp in Newport Beach.

First off, I can tell you that their cost per machine including training is less than $20k. They are charging investors $150k, so they are hustling bigtime right off the top.

Then, they charge $250/test, of which $0 ever makes it back to the investor.

Gary and Julie Ann Youssef should be in jail. Julie Ann drives around in a brand new Escalade and they live in one of the most expensive zip codes in the country. They will lie, cheat, and steal to maintain their lifestyle.

I feel bad for anyone that gets suckered by these people.

this Julie tried also to steal me 150k. i went in the office who looks strange to do the test. the test is real and found me some trouble that i had. 

she had some good answers to all my questions. after that i ask her the contract between us and the contract for the physician and to add a list of some investors and also all the physicians who use biogenic 

and when she send me the contract etc i understood that it's a big scam and everything is fake.

the contract is a joke less than one page and she also told me that they have 1600 mashine but the compny is from february.

It seems funny to me why someone that supposedly just lost 150K to Biogenics. wouldn't file criminal charges against them, and or sue them for breech of contract in court plus damages.

For Fraud, deception, Grand Theft etc.before coming here and slandering the company like that. Seems to me all you've done is allowed yourself to put into a liabel situation to be sued yourself.

What did your contract say they would do for you. If you own the machine it's yours to take back and sell it, isn't it. Then do so. relocate the machine or resell it. If it turns out to be true in a court of law I'm sorry but say so is just that wha wha wha.
